I finally got to visit your Brunswick store recently and purchased some much wanted items.
The lovely guy working there helped me out looking for sizes, colours and my endless questions about protocol for allies like myself.
Great service and the layout of store showcased everything so well.
Quality items made on your premises mean that people understand that your clothing are authentically indigenous🖤💛❤️
Amazing brand love all that they do :) have only ordered online but hope so visit the shop one day. I have two pieces and they are both such great quality, some (if not all?) made on Country and were also delivered very quick!
Awesome products and incredible customer service! Aus Post lost my parcel and Clothing the Gaps were such a pleasure to deal with in organising a replacement order. Love your work.
Visited the shop for the first time in person. Previously did online orders as I live in Dharawal country (SW Sydney) but am visiting Naarm. So glad I did visit. Found this awesome shirt and some new socks and got to meet the crew :).
Friendly staff and a great company in general. Happy to continue supporting Aboriginal-owned businesses, especially with the referendum coming up.
Mmmm great concept - nice clothes but a pretty shocking HR department. Have heard of an experience where they interviewed a young man for a job and never had the courtesy to get in touch to thank him for coming in and taking the time but they were not successful - in fact NOT A word that they hadn’t got the job. Bad manners and management. If you’re promoting an ethical - socially conscious business (which I think is great) behave that way too - your HR dep not doing your reputation much good….
I cannot recommend them highly enough! The quality of their products is amazing, shipping is always fast, and I am so so so grateful for the 'ally friendly/mob only' indicators on all the products. I also appreciate the little pamphlets included in my parcels which help me to reflect on why it's so important to support small Indigenous-owned businesses, but also to start conversations with those around me! Keep up the amazing work :0)
Love this company and best service!
As a mum to a fair skinned little man the mob only Shades of Deadly is amazing.
